Fun Times in Arizona

Our family went to Snowflake Arizona for a couple of weeks to visit Grampa.
We had luxury accommodations at my Aunts first class Bed & Breakfast :) It was a perfect retreat for our family. Her home is quietly set away from any main road and surrounded by a dairy farm. Our favorite spot was sitting on the porch watching the baby cows at the dairy farm. We spent a LOT of time out here!
Marisa's favorite spot was in the tree house reading books. Aunt Lynn supplied her with a pillow and blanket. She was completely comfortable and would have lived in that tree if we had let her. She was sick this day and spent the entire day reading and sleeping.
Lizzy loved playing with the dog! She fed him, played tug of war, fetch & keep away. She even "scooped the poop". I think she did a great job proving she's ready for a dog of her own.
Sometimes Mosey got tired of her and other times got tired with her.
We made friends with snakes,
Ate Popsicles,
Played lawn games, (while wearing our fanciest hats)
Watched Movies,
Hung Laundry (Thomas loved this. He said we were just like cowboys "Except we use a cleaning machine instead of a wet bucket",
Kissed Frogs (who did NOT turn into princes),
Played in the sprinklers,
Worked in the garden,
Put together LOTS of puzzles,
Had makeovers,
Took afternoon naps,
Petted horses,
Swam in the creek,
"Mowed" the lawn,
We cooked 3 hot delicious meals a day in Lynn's glorious kitchen!, chased lizards, spent hours watching the cute baby cows, took morning walks past the fields and creeks, drank slushies & Dr. Pepper's from sonic, read books, went shopping in antique cottages and book stores, collected rocks that we stored in the tree house, endless numbers of other things I didn't take pictures of,
And cried when it was time to go home.

Thanks for the good times! We can't wait to come visit again!

I love that post! You should make it into a children's book using your pictures and all the adventures you had. You basically have it all written down; you'd just need to format it.

It looks like you had such a fun time. I love all your pictures. :)
