It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas...

We woke up to this yesterday. Well, "wake up" is relative, this was a couple hours later when there was enough light for a photo.

 Here's the view out our kitchen window.

 Hope the leaves fall off soon or we'll have some broken branches if this keeps up... On second thought, I don't really like this tree, maybe the leaves should stick around awhile and by next year I won't have to worry about it.

The kids were so excited to wear their snowboots to school. It was gone by the time they got home. Never fear, there is plenty more where this came from and we're expecting some more of it today.
