Mike played our leprechaun again this year. The reddish beard is perfect.
The kids got off to a great start. Rebecca was our only adult who ran this year (not including the leprechaun). We're going to have to offer more incentive for the adults next year.
Marisa and Aarron caught the leprechaun and brought him in for a reward. Unfortunatly he didn't have any gold on him so they settled for a juice box and leprechaun corn (green candy covered popcorn) instead.
We had a half mile and a 1 mile event. Everyone finished with only one injury.
The kids loved their snacks, playing on the playground and seeing their cousins. Thanks to all of you for coming!
My family all had matching shamrock shirts and I forgot to take a photo! You'll just have to trust me, they were cute.
